Compensation for onsite WA applicants is $30.83/hour. All applicants are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities:

  • Provides administrative support to the Director of Engineering.
  • Prepare written reports and other correspondence as directed.
  • Works with completed design files, checks for completeness and ensure the designs meet release standards.
  • Enter parts and components in manufacturing system.
  • Organizes and maintains/updates the bill of materials (BOM).
  • Coordinate schedules, milestones, and meetings.
  • Supporting meetings by preparing agendas, taking notes, and following up with action items
  • Collects, proofreads, edits, formats, and distributes documentation.
  • Provides, maintains and revises drawing/design packages for the production team.
  • Maintains database of all systems designed/sold.
  • Organizes and maintains engineering planning software.
  • Handles sensitive and confidential information with discretion and maintain confidentiality regarding organizational matters, personnel issues, and strategic plans.
Qualifications:
  • Associate degree preferred. Relevant experience is acceptable in lieu of a formal degree.
  • 1+ years of experience in office/technical administration.
  • Skilled with computer productivity software - MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of ERP systems and the purpose.
  • Thorough in their work practices, with a pursuit for perfection.
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and disciplined, with keen attention to detail.
  • Exceptionally high level of commitment to the success of assignments, projects, and the collective teams.
  • Character that complements AST's long-standing culture of high integrity throughout all areas of internal and external business activity.

Eligibility Requirements:
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction.
  • Must be willing to take and successfully pass a drug test.
