**Description**

**Duties may include but are not limited to:**

Unloading and storing of all freight

Verifying and documenting counts of other co-workers

Pulling quality samples

Making / applying inventory labels

Operating Hi-Lo and related equipment

Servicing production lines and staging areas

Maintaining appropriate records for inventory accuracy

PC computer input / output

Pulling / preparing domestic, UPS, and export orders for shipment

Loading trailers for shipment, receiving, verifying and documenting paperwork for freight-in and returned goods

Appropriate documentation and paperwork associated with all of the above

**Other related duties as assigned**

? Must be proficient in operating the equipment safely.

? Must be able to climb in and out and on and off of the equipment without difficulty.

? Must be able to communicate effectively with co workers and supervisors.

? Must be able to clear the path of all moving equipment.

? Must be able to attend and participate in safety and training classes as required by the company.

**Other Qualifications:**

? Hi-Lo, Reach and Pallet Jack certification required

? Proficient with RF scanners and the Intermec system

? PC knowledge for input / output

? Capable of reading a Bill of Material as well as an order picker

? Legible penmanship

? Ability to operate all required pieces of support equipment

? High school diploma or equivalent.

? Meet company standards and testing for this position.

? Meet company attendance requirement for any pertinent training classes or on the job training

? Meet or exceed physical demand and requirements for the position.

? Proven ability to operate equipment safely.

? Pass training class as required by the company.

**Physical Demand Requirements**

? General, must be able to understand and perform quickly any instruction given by the supervisor related to the job performance. Must be able to give instructions clearly and effectively.

? Must have vision of at least 50/200 in both eyes and distinguish basic colors and correctable with glasses to 20/30.

? Must have peripheral vision not less than 75 degrees in horizontal field.

? Must have adequate hearing.

? Must have no musculoskeletal conditions that impede rotation, flexion, or extension of neck, back, and extremities.

? Must not be on any narcotic drugs of any sort.

? Must not be on anti-anxiety drugs or anti-depressant drugs without a note from a medical provider attesting that the medication will not interfere with the performance of the job.

? Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs. continuously and 50 lbs. intermittently.

? Must be able to stand, sit and walk continuously for 8 hours.

? Must have no medical impediment to perform moderate to heavy duty work.
