OVERVIEW
An innovative and fast-growing company in southern Salt Lake County is seeking an FP&A Director to play a pivotal role in their near-term and long-term profitability while overseeing their financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis team.
Compensation: $150-180K + bonus potential
Location: Southern Salt Lake County (on-site)
Reports to: CFO
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Lead the development and implementation of robust financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis processes to drive informed decision-making
- Collaborate across the organization to present financial reports, provide valuable insights and recommendations to senior leadership, and translate strategic goals into financial plans and projections
- Partner with key stakeholders and collaborate with finance teams to ensure financial strategy alignment with the broader organizational vision and goals
- Track and evaluate critical financial performance indicators, identifying trends and deviations to continually optimize processes, reporting, and outcomes
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
- Proven track record of successful FP&A leadership and outcomes relevant to this role, including elevating the team you lead
- Expert ability to successfully apply financial principles and advanced analytical skills to financial modeling, planning, forecasting techniques, etc.
- Track record of communicating complex financial information effectively to varied audiences and collaborating with teams, executives, and multi-national stakeholders
- Preference for working in fast-changing, fast-paced environments while maintaining the accuracy of financial data
- Knowledge of financial planning software, including advanced Excel
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
