Athene is seeking a Desktop Support specialist to join the team! You will provide hardware, software, and mobile support for business and IT users across multiple locations within the organization. Provides resolution & ticket updates based on published SLAs. Receives positive customer feedback regarding problem resolution effectiveness. Proactively documents solutions to build on the team knowledge base. Accountabilities:Identifies, escalates and makes recommendations for improvement. Communicates to stakeholders regarding status, quality, risks, and operations. Completes and documents break/fix incidents and move/add/change requests. Installs, maintains, and updates PC hardware, software and mobile devices. Tests, configures and troubleshoots within one or more of the above areas. Qualifications and Experience:Bachelors Degree preferred or equivalent combination of education & work experience. High school diploma required. IT certifications are a plus.
