Position Overview:

The General Laborer will be cross trained in a variety of departments, learning a diverse profile of skills and abilities along the way. Examples of duties include machine operation, coating, grinding/finishing, inspection, and material handling. Individuals often work in a team based setting to meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Feed materials into coating machine or hand apply coating using roller coater.
Measure and cut material to length
Run production machinery, ranging from a saw, laser cutter, or spot welder
Cross train to learn other areas as needed
Careful completion of all production paperwork

Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED required
Ability to pass a pre-employment physical
Basic math skills and ability to read a ruler
Ability to lift 50 lbs
Ability to work 2nd or 3rd shifts
