Property Manager
Location: Groton, MA Starting Salary: $26 -$28/hour
Hours: 6:00 am to 4:30 pm Monday - Thursday
4 days onsite and 1 day. Paid for on-call time.
This is a full-time, direct-hire position
Responsibilities:
Maintain strong communications with residents, vendors, etc.
Rent collection and unit inspections as needed
Manage waiting lists for residency
Process move in- move out and recertification.
Qualifications:
2 years experience in Fair Housing management required
Strong PC skills including Microsoft (Word, Excel).
Proven Customer Service skills
Excellent communication (verbal and written).
Works well in fast-paced environments and can multi-task
