DSJ Global is partnered with a leading company in the High-Performance Power Modules industry. This company designs and manufactures power converters, power supplies, and other power management solutions. They are looking to add a Yield Improvement Engineer to join the team in the Massachusetts area. This role will primarily be responsible for overseeing the product and manufacturing development process. Along with the development and improvement of the quality control and assurance process.
Responsibilities:
- Complete yield enhancements for power modules
- Create protocols for production teams in order to produce high quality products
- Teach and supervise quality controls
- Execute workflow to improve Quality Assurance process
- Collect product error data & provide solutions
- Manage problem solving process using the classic Six Sigma techniques
- Analyze & modify product process to make improvements
- Work to improvement factory process
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Engineering
- 3 + years of experience in manufacturing
- Yield Enhancement experience
- Strong knowledge of QA methods, tools, & processes
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, written & verbal
- Good technical analytical, critical thinking & problem solving skills
