**Job Responsibilities**
The Customer Service Rep/Dispatcher responds to customer inquiries, assists with parts and install process, and scheduling.
* Serve as the first point of contact with customers and handling inquiries.
* Responsible for creating work orders, dispatching technicians, and communicating with customers
* Schedule and route technicians based on job requirements and availability using dispatching software
* Manage multiple phone lines and multi-task between calls and service orders
* Perform daily back office duties including; billing, permits, and back office duties.
* May include other miscellaneous tasks including but not limited to customer inquiries, assisting with the parts and install process, scheduling.
* Other various tasks using Microsoft Word and Excel.
**Job Requirements**
* High School diploma; computer experience including Microsoft Word and Excel.
* 3 years experience in a similar role
* Must be organized with the ability for multi-tasking in a fast-paced work environment with attention to detail and follow through
* General office duties; computer skills; customer service skills.
* Familiarity with Service Titan a plus
