We are hiring immediately for a number of different areas of our shoe manufacturing operation including leather cutting, sewing, and attaching soles just to name a few. Our environment is fast paced with a strong focus on safety and quality. Once qualified on a specific job, the base wage may increase to anywhere from $22.90 to $25.40 per hour according to union contract. WORKING HOURS:1st Shift: Core hours: Monday Thursday 6:00 am 3:00 pm, Fridays 6:00 am-Noon. - - Starting wage is $22.90/hour . nd Shift: Core hours: Monday Thursday 4:00 pm - 2:30 am - - Starting wage is $24.04/hour (Includes base wage of $22.90 plus 5%-night shift premium) - - Overtime - Production Operator positions may require overtime up to 13 hours in a week to meet the business demands.
