Customer Service Representative

Description **$16-$20 per hour based on experience!**

Support customer satisfaction, growth, profitability and other performance objectives of the branch office through coordination and maintenance of all customer service and office procedures. Accurate follow-up on all customer requests, quotes, orders, and inquiries. Work in conjunction with the service staff to ensure that the branch office achieves performance goals in customer satisfaction.

Requirements Build a knowledge base on Pella product and components, the issues that affect our products operation, and our warranties based upon product brand, vintage and application. Create value on services, through accurate diagnosis and the efficient use of resources to ensure a very satisfied customer.

General Responsibilities:

-Develop extensive product knowledge, process, and the ability to navigate the following software: Pella Order Management System, Pella Direct Quoting System, Pella Order Entry Transmission System, Customer Service Module, and the Pella Electronic Reference Library.

-Our organization sets itself apart from our competitors by delivering an exceptional customer experience. The position requires an individual that listens, is empathetic, organized and can deliver excellent customer service to even the most difficult customers.

-Develop and maintain trusting relationships and communication with peers, the management team, and internal and external customers, enhancing the ability to provide outstanding customer service.

-Manage orders to have the product delivered to the project to meet the customer's delivery expectations.

-Establish product delivery to the project includes ordering the products, scheduling any required assemblies, in-house staining or painting and coordination of installation. Manage the follow-up items. until the order is complete.

-Through teamwork, meet customer expectations by coordinating service needs to earn a rating of Very Satisfied from the customer. If the results fall short of a Very Satisfied service rating, you must be in the position to identify areas of opportunity.
