Environmental Scientist
Our client is looking for someone to join their Environmental Consulting Division. This is a remote role located in Northern NJ or the MYC Metro area.
Responsibilities:
- Handle due diligence projects including TSAs, Phase I/II ESAs, RSRA in accordance with ASTM International standards
- Performance or oversight of field activities and appropriate reporting for regulatory cases in Northern NJ and NY
- Sample soil, groundwater, vapor, and indoor air
- Report in accordance with state regulatory requirements
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of direct experience in the environmental consulting field
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field (Environmental Geology, Environmental Science, Geological Sciences, Biology, Chemistry or Environmental Engineering)
- Due diligence experience, Phase I/II experience
- Must be familiar with ASTM 1527-21
- Excellent computer skills
- Ability to write clear, concise and thorough environmental reports
- Must have a personal vehicle for independent transportation to work sites when required
