When: Mondays to Fridays 10 AM - 3 PM

Call Center Responsibilities:

  • Assisting individuals and families gain access to health care services.
  • Providing accurate and consistent information.
  • Documenting calls and creating workflows.
  • Providing quality customer service and support.



  • Team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Customer-focused with a passion for helping people.
  • Strong PC proficiency with a willingness to learn new applications.
  • Ability to handle high call volume in a fast-paced environment.
  • Maintain confidentiality of personal health information.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in call center customer service position required.
  • Understanding of MO Medicaid Programs preferred.
  • Associate degree in related field preferred.
  • Bilingual skills (i.e., Spanish) strongly preferred.
