SUMMARY:
Position involves the loading and unloading of truck trailers, product processing, material storage and retrieval for a variety of materials. Represents the Company in a positive image working with our employees, customers, and community in a safe and ethical manner to achieve financial success.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.
* Loads and unloads material within a warehouse or storage facility. Utilizes forklifts or other handling equipment to move material to and from aircraft, trucks within the warehouse facility. Requires two years forklift experience and Forklift Certification.* Has knowledge of standard practices and procedures within a particular field. Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.* Works under general supervision; typically reports to a supervisor or manager. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.* Required to attend and complete all company development, safety and compliance training.* Required to adhere to all BLS policies, procedures, DOT and OSHA safety rules and regulations.* Strict adherence to C-TPAT best practices.* Follows all workplace processes and standards in support of the ISO-9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and OHSAS 18000:2007 Quality certification programs.* Other duties as assigned.
