Job Title: File Clerk

Minimum Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Work Experience: - Previous experience in a clerical or file clerk role is advantageous but not mandatory
- Familiarity with basic office equipment (e.g., file cabinets, scanners)
Job Duties: - File correspondence, cards, invoices, receipts, and other records in alphabetical or numerical order
- Implement and maintain an efficient and organized filing system
- Retrieve and remove materials from files upon request
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of filed documents
- Follow oral and written instructions for proper filing procedures
- Provide support in locating and retrieving files for staff members
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain data security
Preferred Skills: - Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions accurately
- Basic knowledge of filing systems and procedures
- Proficiency in using office equipment such as scanners and copiers
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with document management software
Misc. Information: - Shift Days/Time: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM
- Parking available at a daily rate of $10/day in addition to metered street parking.
- Office location is accessible via CDTA bus routes.
- Interviews will be conducted in person and/or via Zoom based on the availability.
- Training will be provided.
