Barrington James is currently partnered with a full service medical communications and training company looking to expand their team.
Requirements:
- Must have healthcare and/or pharma experience
- Must have experience in virtual and face to face
- Teaching background would be beneficial
- Good personable skills
- Be able to articulate themselves
- 5 years+ experience within instructional design/ learning experience design
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Work alongside with team members across the lifecycle of a digital solution for clients
- Design and develop a blend of digital and mobile learning experiences
- Understanding client needs and challenges to design and implement effective programs and solutions
- Develop engaging learning programs
- Manage client relationships
Please note that the client is open to candidates in the north east of the US as there are multiple offices.
