Job Duties
In coordination with the healthcare team, assesses, plans, directs, evaluates, and modifies each resident's care plan to meet with his/her physical, psychosocial, and cultural needs
Manage emergency situations in a prompt, precise, and professional manner
Maintains accurate, detailed reports and records
Completes medication administration and treatment needs for all assigned residents
Qualifications & Key Characteristics
LPN license for the state of Pennsylvania (required upon hire)
Ability to speak, understand, read, and write English to safely and effectively perform duties

Demonstrate the ability to remain calm and perform effectively during peak periods of activity and emergency situations
