Material Handler - 3rd Shift

2023 is a great time to join Delta Faucet Company's largest facility, located in Jackson, Tennessee! As a Material Handler, you will play a role in keeping our operation running smoothly as you provide necessary parts or materials to production areas, place received items in correct locations and rearrange inventories as necessary. To thrive as a Material Handler, detail orientation and strong math skills are critical. Being reliable with our attendance expectations is required, as is flexibility to work overtime as needed. Agility is also key, as Material Handlers may be required to switch daily responsibilities frequently based on staffing and demand of daily schedule.

Essential job functions include but are not limited to:

  • Successfully complete inventory system training
  • Becoming a certified operator to operate a forklift
  • Working safely and following safety rules
  • Playing a key role in maintaining constant production cycle
  • Maintaining inventory accuracy
  • Inspecting equipment and material
  • Making decisions and solving problems
  • Training and teaching other employees
  • Monitoring process and materials
  • Utilizing strong communication and computer skills
  • An interest in working collaboratively in a fast paced environment


Previous warehouse experience is helpful but not required - we're prepared to teach you the fundamentals of the role, which makes this a perfect starting point to launch your career. You'll begin your career with Delta Faucet Company with comprehensive safety and job related training.

Physical requirements of the position:
  • Able to work at heights of 40-45 feet above ground on order picker.
  • Frequently lift, push, or pull up to 40lbs. Occasionally push weights of up to 50lbs.
  • Use hands to manipulate and operate hand tools and power tools.
  • Able to bend, reach, twist and carry above shoulder / below waist level.
  • Able to stand and walk throughout shift, with breaks.
  • Able to visually inspect and read labels.
