Job Details
We are looking to add a CR Manager to our growing team. This is a hybrid role which allows for 1-2 days a week at home. This person will be responsible for traveling around 3 sites in the area. We are open to any strong Coordinator who has been a "lead" or has managed other CRC's.
Requirements/Responsibilities
- Bachelor s degree and/or license such as C-MA, LPN, or RN
- Clinical Research Coordinator with multiphase interventional trial experience such as investigational product or device trials.
- At least three to five years of experience working in a CRC role, or relevant industry experience;
- Experience in a leadership or manager role within a clinical research setting preferred; OR an equivalent combination of the above education and experience
- Must be able to manager and lead both experienced and research naive staff
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with MS Office Suite, plus electronic data capture systems and other clinical trial software platforms.
- Understanding of budget management and financial planning for clinical research studies.
- Knowledge of relevant disease areas, therapeutic indications, and medical terminology.
- Experience with ICH GCP principles
