We are looking for a Busser to support our staff and our dining areas. If you enjoy a fast-paced way of working and want to kick-start your career in the hospitality industry, wed like to meet you! Ultimately, you will ensure our daily operations run smoothly and our guests have a pleasant dining experience.
**Work Schedule: Part-time: 10 38 hours/week**
**RESPONSIBILITIES:**
* Prepare dining areas before guests are seated
* Remove dirty utensils as needed
* Clean and reset tables after guests leave
* Maintain health and safety regulations in kitchen and all dining areas
* Assist with dishes in back as needed
* Assist Food Runners with locating correct tables
* Sweeping
* Mopping
* Checking the restrooms
* Monitoring and handling the trash in the dining and patio areas when needed
**REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:**
* Read, write, and understand English language
* Understanding of restaurant etiquette
* Familiarity with health and safety regulations
* Excellent communications skills
* Ability to monitor the entire dining area
* Availability to work in shifts as needed
* Physical ability to carry heavy trays and stand for long hours
* Ability to multitask and remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
