Developer (PowerBuilder)
Location: Remote
Employement: Contract to Hire
Contract Length: 6 months (conversion based on performance @6 months)
Pay: $50 - $70/hr.
Schedule: Mon-Fri (8 hr day)

Job Description:
- Work with project SMEs on approved application change requests
- Develops new functionality and maintains existing custom government off the shelf (GOTS) client software
- Assists in identification of security vulnerabilities and remediates them with oversight
- Promotes software development best practices and identifies specific areas for process improvement
- Develops installation packages using VisualStudio and Wix, and creates upgrade paths for system updates
- Responsible for creation of work proposals / technical documentation and other duties which may include administering the resources required to execute projects
Technical Skills: - PowerBuilder 2017 R3 or above and features (PFC, Dynamic Data, MDI, Object Oriented Programming, Relational Database constructs, Configuration Management)
- Manager and Supporting Tools (Putty, WinSCP, JIRA, Crucible, Jenkins Automation Server,SVN)
- Linux OS 6 and above
- Database Skills such as (Sybase, Oracle)
- Web Tools
Requirements: - Secret clearance
- Sec+ (or AIT Level II)
- Ability to work EST hours
