Job description:

Are you a military veteran looking for a new challenge? Join the team as a Senior Facilities Operations Technician at their Norton manufacturing site. In this role, you will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, and repair of the central utility plant and GMP manufacturing equipment. Drawing on your military experience, you will monitor plant conditions, respond to alarms, and support routine building operations and shutdowns. Your attention to detail and commitment to safety will be crucial as you maintain logs, develop standard operating procedures, and ensure compliance with lockout tag out plans. Plus, with your ability to adapt to changing environments, you will be ready to provide on-call coverage and rotating shift support as needed.

Key responsibilities:

As a Senior Facilities Operations Technician, you will be integral to plant operations, particularly during the second and night shifts. Your duties will include operating and maintaining utility systems, troubleshooting equipment issues, and ensuring a safe work environment through adherence to health and safety guidelines. Your military background will come in handy as you support installation, repair, and troubleshooting for a wide range of equipment and instrumentation. Additionally, your experience in handling emergencies will be invaluable as you participate in the Chemical Spill Emergency Response team.

Base salary, $90 - $115K, full benefits, shift differential, and stock options; they take great care of you. The company gives you 10K in stock options after your first month at work that vests over a 4 year period.
