They represent state and local governments in impactful, affirmative cases to protect the public health and environment and represent communities that have been impacted by ongoing or catastrophic pollution events.

Qualifications:
- 3-5 years experience plaintiff side
- Passion for environmental protection
- Strong research skills, ability to analyze and synthesize complex legal and factual information
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask a variety of high-level assignments whilst producing intelligent thoughtful quality work.
- High level of academic achievement from an ABA- accredited school.
- Admission to the Illinois bar
