Role : Project Lead
Location : Georgetown, KY 40324
Job Type : 12 Months contract (potential to extend)
Overtime : up to about 10 hours a week (Might need to work on weekends and Holidays depending on the project status)
Travel : 10%
Job Summary:
- The candidate needs to have experience with commercial and industrial renovations and facility improvement projects with a primary focus on the commercial side.
- The candidate will need to be onsite. They will be required to do an occasional go and see to resolve concerns with the customer and contractors.
Required Qualifications:
- Educational Level: Bachelor's Degree with a Major in Engineering, Architecture or Construction management.
- Experience managing complex budgets.
- Construction project management experience +5 years working on multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with individual project construction types of various scope and size.
- Technical knowledge of design/building construction engineering and schedule management
- Intermediate to Advanced skill level with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project).
Additional Qualifications :
- Technical knowledge and understanding of project scheduling and estimating.
- General understanding of construction safety programs and requirements.
- Software capabilities: AutoCAD, Blue Beam, Microsoft Visio.
