Our client, a Design and Marketing Team with the highest quality standards, is looking for a Visual Designer to create internal, employee facing content for internal programs.
Candidates should be experienced working alone and xfunctionally with Marketing, UX.UI, Internal Comms.
Candidates should be skilled in creating simple, easy-to-read, impactful presentation designs, 1 pages, playbooks, company-wide announcements, etc.
6 Months, Potential to extend
Pay $60hr
Hybrid, 3x in Culver
40hrs per week, 9-6
This role will utilize visual design to communicate strategic initiatives and enhance employee engagement and organizational culture. Additionally, you'll assist in building and managing a repository of communication templates and conduct training sessions re; presentation design.
Description:
- Passion for UX and design with 5+ years experience in creating graphic and design content
- Exceptional creativity in concept development, storyboarding, and problem-solving
- Mastery of design tools like Keynote and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.), with strong visual design and typography skills
- Experience collaborating with various stakeholders, including project managers, senior leaders, and content designers
- Flexibility and adaptability to manage changing business requirements and projects
- Familiarity with best practices in creating Keynote presentations and synthesizing information effectively
- Strong ability to generate and implement creative ideas independently or collaboratively
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
