We are currently hiring for Machine Operators and Assemblers in Columbus, NE.
$17.00-22.70/hour
Hiring for below shifts:
1st Shift, 7am to 3pm or 8am to 4pm
3rd Shift, 12am to 8am
Machine Operator Requirements:
0-1 year Manufacturing Experience
High School Diploma or GED
Must be able to work up to 12 hour shifts
Machine Operator Job Duties:
o Continually monitor operations for product quality and equipment performance
o Make adjustments to equipment as needed to maintain process quality and productivity.
o Perform or assist with product or equipment changeovers.
o Assist line technicians or setter/operators with equipment repair or trouble shooting.
o Keep machinery, work area and floors neat and orderly and comply with GMP requirements.
o Perform quality inspections, process tests and record data accurately as required.
o Communicate with utilities or department scheduling group to maintain minimal material inventory levels.
o Work as team member to develop optimal task methods.
