Job Details
* Possesses knowledge of electronic circuitry as it pertains to gaming devices and knowledge of electronic testing equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and hand tools such as soldering irons, wire strippers, etc.
* Maintains and repairs slot operations gaming devices, either on the casino floor or in a slot repair shop.
* Places, relocates and removes electronic or mechanical gaming devices on/off the casino floor and around limited areas of the casino.
* Perform preventative maintenance on slots machines by cleaning, inspecting, adjusting and testing various machine parts.
* Performs shop maintenance, trouble shoot and repairs electronic circuit boards, test and adjust loaner units, reprogram progressives and messages, etc.
* Assist Floor Supervisor with malfunctions and answer floor calls. Assist customers with floor malfunctions.
* Perform machine conversion, install computer processor board and verify pay tables and reel stops.
* Work effectively with other employee, vendors, guest and other visitors. Promotes positive guest relations.
* Performs any other duties as assigned.
