They are looking for an Advertising Account Executive to develop and build strategically insightful marketing and brand campaigns. THE ROLE:
- Lead the creation and execution of advertising and marketing campaigns to enhance client brand awareness.
- Work independently with minimal direction, while effectively collaborating with agency teams and departments to deliver client projects.
- Guide team members and clients in developing strategic communication plans aligned with organizational goals.
- Oversee research and analysis efforts to identify target audiences and craft compelling messages.
- Collaborate with internal agency departments to ensure consistent messaging and effective communication across all channels.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices to introduce innovative ideas, ensuring strong attention to detail for reporting and billing.
THE PROFILE:
- 3-7 years of experience in advertising, marketing, or a related field, with a strong preference for advertising agency experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of crafting compelling messages and adapting communication styles for different audiences.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, social media platforms, and media monitoring tools.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment, maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Proactive and creative problem-solving skills, knowledge of the current media landscape, and emerging advertising trends, with a positive and flexible attitude.
