Inspectify is currently accepting applications for Insurance Surveyors. We welcome seasoned insurance/home inspectors, but experience is not necessary.

Inspectify is a growing platform helping inspectors, home buyers, and real estate professionals obtain accurate inspection reports in a timely manner. We apply the latest technology to make inspectors more proficient and effective and make home inspections more engaging. We are looking for people who want to visit properties and document their condition. This involves following a simple checklist on our Inspectify app, uploading photos, and taking notes.

Inspectify is a venture-backed, vertically-integrated technology platform in the property inspection space.
Inspectify streamlines the home inspection experience for real estate agents and their clients through its network of 2,000+ inspectors and proprietary inspection software, including a mobile inspection app.
We help a broad range of partners in real estate, such as agents, buyers, investors, lenders or property managers, collect comprehensive data from a property in a standardized, clear format.
Partners use Inspectify to add efficiency and speed to their transactions, as well as to gain insight into the true condition of a property and its potential ROI.
What you'll be doing:
Our Surveyors conduct on-site insurance inspections identifying any hazards or concerns that may exist.
Youll be snapping property photos and completing quick surveys using our user-friendly app.
The task is estimated to take 15 - 20 minutes and must be completed in the Inspectify app. Each property pays up to $30 and there is no limit to how many properties you can accept.
Requirements:
18 or older
Car, truck, or van
Drivers License
Newer model smart phone
Authorized to work in the US
Industry adjacent experience (construction/real estate agent etc) preferred in this area.
Final Step: Consent to a background check previous to on-boarding, due to stepping foot on client based properties.
