Reports to US Associate Director of Roofing

Summary/Objective

This position is responsible for roofing service work for a diverse portfolio of industrial, office, retail, and residential properties. Independent judgement is required to plan, prioritize and organize diversified workload.
Essential Functions
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair roof leaks
Perform roof maintenance including ensuring that roof drains are not stopped up
and are freely flowing
Supervise contractors
Unload materials, clean roofs, and apply roofing material
Spud roofs

Travel
Some travel is required; most travel is local.

Supervisory Responsibility
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Work Environment
This job requires working in commercial spaces including but not limited to
industrial, warehouse, and office environments.
This position will require working indoors and outdoors in various climate
conditions ranging from very hot to very cold with rain to very hot and humid. This
may include confined locations.

Regularly climbs ladders and works in confined spaces above and below ground. Must have the ability to stand for extended periods of time; exhibit manual dexterity to operate equipment; see and read printed material with or without vision aids; hear and understand speech at normal levels; speak in audible tones so that others may understand clearly in person and on the telephone; ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions; physical agility to lift 50 pounds; to bend, stoop and reach overhead.

Required Education and Experience
Two years' experience. Valid driver's license.

Preferred Education and Experience
High School diploma or equivalent.
Experience with commercial low slope roofs
Skilled in TPO roofs

Working Hours

Typical workweek is forty (40) hours per week. Work hours are determined by your supervisor. During peak times and seasonal extreme weather-related events, position may require longer hours.

None required for this position.

Work Authorization/Security Clearance (if applicable) Must be able to legally work in the United States.
