Estate Manager Opportunities in Santa Barbara & Los Angeles, $150-200k


We have several high-level Estate Manager roles for UHNWI s within the Santa Barbara and Los Angeles area. These roles are responsible for managing luxury residential portfolios across the country and offer the opportunity to travel and be a trusted partner within a team. Candidates need to have a hands-on approach to oversee daily operations and staff and property management. The Estate Manager will be critical to the success of the team and requires a high level of discretion, emotional intelligence and commitment to stellar leadership. A background in hospitality and private services is ideal. Technical expertise with financials, project management, employment handbooks, software and organizational apps is key to success. Must have a wonderful attitude and commitment to find solutions in an ever-changing environment.


Responsibilities include:


  • Property management and estate operations
  • Knowledge of preventative maintenance, design & construction, safety & security
  • Staff management that includes creating operational procedures, employee retention, training, and mentorship
  • Event planning and management
  • Travel logistics and property advance
  • Managing inventory and vendor relationships
  • Create and manage household budgets for each residence
  • Extensive project management abilities
  • Oversee construction and renovation projects


Requirements:

  • Bachelor s degree preferred
  • Minimum 5-10 years of experience as an Estate Manager
  • Advanced knowledge of Google and Apple products
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, Asana, Monday.com and Zoom
  • Experience with high-service, action oriented private residential estates
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Self-starter with a proactive mindset
