Job Summary:
The BDC Associate at Subaru Evergreen Park is a key member of our sales team, responsible for driving revenue and providing excellent customer service. This individual contributor role requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a passion for sales. As a BDC Associate, you will work closely with our Sales Managers and Sales Representatives to generate and convert leads into sales. This is a full-time, hourly position located in Evergreen Park, Illinois.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to and follow-up on customer inquiries and leads via email, phone calls, and online channels
- Utilize dealership's CRM system to track leads and manage customer interactions
- Schedule appointments for Sales Managers and Sales Representatives with interested customers
- Field and resolve any customer complaints or inquiries
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers and set up appointments for vehicle test drives
- Assist with the coordination and execution of dealership events and promotions
- Keep up-to-date on new and existing Subaru models, pricing, and promotions
- Work closely with team members to meet and exceed sales goals
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with computer and CRM systems
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
