Performs assembly and packaging work utilizing lean principles to produce conscious sedation products in a controlled work environment. Assemble sub-assemblies and assemblies with the ability to follow written and verbal instructions using a variety of tools and automated equipment. Collaborates with people from other departments both inside and outside manufacturing with little to no supervision. Duties Assemble sub-assemblies, components and nasal hoods according to detailed assembly instruction. Resolves assembly problems by altering dimensions to meet specifications; notifying supervisor to obtain additional resources.
