- Compensation: - $225,000 - $250,000 base salary plus incentive bonus structures pushing earning potential over $320k- $25,000 Sign-on Bonus- Relocation package available

Join our behaviorally enhanced primary care team and help us continue providing care to our small community!DETAILS:- The position opens in the summer of 2025, so new grads are encouraged to apply NOW!- 35 clinical hours per week over 4 to 4.5 days per week- Provide medical services including, but not limited to: acute care, re-evaluations, & management of chronic conditions, and may include areas such as prenatal care, GYN care, well-child checks, and vaccination updates - Prefer candidates who are open to performing routine procedures like Biopsy, mole removal, toenail removal, joint injections- Behavioral health clinician on-site to collaborate with for full-service primary care servicesQUALIFICATIONS:- IN License REQUIRED- Procedure experience PREFERRED
