Shop Helper
Irwin, PA
7am - 3:30pm, M-F
Starting Wage of $14+
Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean shop environment.
- Provide tools within the shop.
- Help when needed in a variety of departments.
- Shop experience: knowledge of hand and air tools, welding, willing to learn, basic carpentry skills, fabrication, etc.
- ssist mechanics.
- ble to receive and follow instructions and communications from management and coworkers.
- Performs some specialized tasks that may require on the job training.
- ttentive to details and alert at all times to ensure safety .
Skills and Qualifications ssociates qualified for this position must have the following:
- Previous mechanical shop experience a plus.
- bility to be on feet most of day.
- Multitasking.
- Good communication skills.
- Cleaning experience.
- Excellent organization.
- Prioritize tasks.
- Standing, squatting, bending/twisting, lifting, reaching, able to grasp and hold tools and materials and any other physical needs of the job, able to work in all weather conditions.
