The Village at Victory Lakes
Lindenhurst, IL / Finance Assistant
Rate starts at $18.00 (based on experience)
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist with recording Census Changes for all levels of care in Independent, Assisted, Memory Support, Skilled and Full Count for dining
- Billing - Medicare/Medicaid and Managed Care experience required.
- Collections for residents in the community
- Making calls, tracking, collecting funds with goal to be below 60 days overdue
Required skills and qualifications:
- 3-5 years of Long Term Healthcare (LTC) billing experience require.
- Data Entry experience required: Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Word
- Experience with PCC (Point Click Care)
- Medicare and Medicaid reimbursements experience needed

Hours available in Skilled Nursing:
- Full Time: Sunday - Thursday or Tuesday- Saturday. 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
