Base Salary $120k-$125k plus monthly bonus = $180k-$185k first year

We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to join one of the nation s leaders and most respected Deposit and Securities-based Lending solutions providers to the banking / financial services industry headquartered in New York City. In this home-based Business Development role, you will spearhead the acquisition and growth of new banks and trust clients in Indiana, Illinois, and Pennsylvania using their groundbreaking FDIC Insured Deposit Sweep and Balance Sheet Management programs to redefine banking possibilities.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the charge in sourcing and securing new banking relationships, harnessing your expertise to drive engagements from initial contact to contract completion.
  • Engage and educate a broad spectrum of banking professionals, from Deposit Officers to CEOs, shaping the future of their financial strategies.
  • Dive deep into the dynamics of the deposit marketplace, including FDIC-insured sweeps and treasury management, to offer cutting-edge solutions to community and national banks.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to provide valuable insights for product development
  • Push the envelope in maximizing deposit pricing and profitability, staying ahead of the curve in market trends and competitor movements.
  • Expertly manage your client portfolio through the Firm s Salesforce CRM.
  • Represent the Firm s vision and innovation at industry events and sales conferences.


What You ll Need:

  • Bachelor s degree in Finance or Business is preferred, but your experience and drive speak louder.
  • A decade of trailblazing treasury/liquidity business development experience to C-suite banking executives
  • Must have In-depth expertise in treasury management, liquidity strategies, and deposit sweeps.
  • Experience analyzing a Bank's financial statements
  • A robust network of banking and trust relationships.
  • The autonomy to thrive in a home office setting, with the agility to travel
  • A solid grasp of the FDIC and federal banking regulations.
