Full-Time. May be required to work additional hours as needed to complete assignments or projects. May require a flexible work schedule.

**SUMMARY**

We are looking for a detail-oriented Customer Service Agent to assist our customers with their booking needs. You will provide various planning and booking services, including answering customers questions, making travel suggestions, and booking tours and excursions.

To be successful as a Customer Service Agent you must be able to work with minimal supervision and have excellent customer service skills. Additionally, you should be able to up-sell, have excellent product knowledge and know of deals and savings available to customers.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**

* Assist and advise customers who may be choosing from a variety of travel options.

* Make reservations for customers based on their various requirements and budgetary allowances.

* Check the availability of accommodation or transportation on the customers desired travel dates.

* Help plan travel itineraries by suggesting local tourist attractions and places of interest.

* Process payments and send confirmation details to customers.

* Sort out any issues that may arise with bookings or reservations.

* Sell and promote reservation services.

* Answer any questions customers might have about the reservation process.

* Up-sell, when appropriate, by informing customers of additional services or special packages, such as tour tickets, travel insurance, or upgraded seats/accommodations.

* Provide support to customers who may need to amend or cancel a reservation.

* Liaise daily with tour guides to ensure smooth operation of all tours, including updating clients reservation notes based upon any information supplied by tour guides.

* Prepare of all tour paperwork for the following days activities.

* Establish and maintain a good working relationship with each vendor used for our tours, keeping them up to date on days of operations, scheduled number of guests etc.

* Assist with basic errands for supplies, payment collections, and deliveries to hotels.

* Maintain regular and punctual attendance.

* Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements **MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS**

* High school diploma.

* Certified Travel Associate (CTA) or Certified Travel Counselor (CTC), preferred.

* Experience working in sales or public relations, preferably in travel industries.

* Data entry experience.

* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

* Must have or be able to attain a minimum of Class E Florida Drivers license and be insurable on the companys automobile insurance policy.

* Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. You may request a religious or medical accommodation and should request an accommodation at the earliest opportunity once selected.

**SPECIAL SKILLS**

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

* Basic computer skills, including email and word processing, use of a tablet.

* Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.

* Strong customer-service experience.

* Flexible schedule. Ability to work on weekends and holidays.

**DRIVING REQUIREMENTS**

Must have or be able to attain a minimum of Class E Florida Drivers license and be insurable on the companys automobile insurance policy.

Driving, with or without accommodation, may be required when traveling and/or short occasional amounts of local driving. Expected driving time is less than 10%.
