Employee Benefits Assistant Account Manager

This role assists multiple account managers and producers in supporting the growth of the agency. The Ideal Candidate Will Have The Following Qualifications

  • Background in customer service
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Prior experience in a client facing role, building and maintaining relationships
  • Ability to handle new tasks and projects as directed
  • Proofreading skills
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team to support sales and drive agency revenue.
  • Apply problem solving techniques to various issues
  • Experience in a small business environment
  • Organization is a priority
  • Must be willing to obtain Life and Health license if not currently licensed
