OVERVIEW:
Our client, a US Fortune 1,000 company and a major process services provider to Government Health and Human Services agencies, seeks an accomplished Bilingual Customer Service Representative for a fully remote role.
KEY HIGHLIGHTS:
- JOB TITLE: Bilingual Customer Service Rep
- JOB LOCATION: Remote / Work from Home
- CANDIDATE LOCATION: Must reside in one of these states - AZ, CA, TX.
- DURATION: 6 Months + Temp-to-Hire
- START DATE: 7/15/2024
- PAY RATE: $16.50.hr on W2 for Bilingual candidates
- TRAINING PROVIDED: 2-3 weeks
- SHIFT: 8 hours shift (between 7am to 7pm PT)
- BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) for work:
- Laptop with Windows 10 / 11 OS
- MacBook with Mac OS 10.14 or higher.
- Chromebooks / Tablets NOT allowed.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- A state program that provides discounted home phone and cell phone services to eligible households.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Communicating with customers through various channels. Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support. Provide feedback on efficiency of Customer service process.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education: At least HS diploma / GED.
- Bilingual: English & once of the following - Cambodian, Cantonese, Hmong, Japanese, Korean, Laotian, Lao, Mandarin, Spanish, Tagalog, or Vietnamese
- Desired: Previous Call Center / Customer service experience.
