OVERVIEW:

Our client, a US Fortune 1,000 company and a major process services provider to Government Health and Human Services agencies, seeks an accomplished Bilingual Customer Service Representative for a fully remote role.


KEY HIGHLIGHTS:

  • JOB TITLE: Bilingual Customer Service Rep
  • JOB LOCATION: Remote / Work from Home
  • CANDIDATE LOCATION: Must reside in one of these states - AZ, CA, TX.


  • DURATION: 6 Months + Temp-to-Hire
  • START DATE: 7/15/2024
  • PAY RATE: $16.50.hr on W2 for Bilingual candidates


  • TRAINING PROVIDED: 2-3 weeks
  • SHIFT: 8 hours shift (between 7am to 7pm PT)
  • BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) for work:


  1. Laptop with Windows 10 / 11 OS
  2. MacBook with Mac OS 10.14 or higher.
  3. Chromebooks / Tablets NOT allowed.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • A state program that provides discounted home phone and cell phone services to eligible households.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
  • Communicating with customers through various channels. Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support. Provide feedback on efficiency of Customer service process.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.


JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education: At least HS diploma / GED.
  • Bilingual: English & once of the following - Cambodian, Cantonese, Hmong, Japanese, Korean, Laotian, Lao, Mandarin, Spanish, Tagalog, or Vietnamese
  • Desired: Previous Call Center / Customer service experience.
