Boot Barn is looking for a Merchandise Replenishment Coordinator to join our Merchandise Planning Team. The ideal candidate would have at least 1-2 years of experience replenishment and/or purchase order coordination and be able to process replenishment orders in a timely fashion, collaborate with merchandising teams and vendors on purchase order submissions, run reports, and assist the store support merchandise coordinators with the EDI portal.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Generate and publish warehouse distribution recap
  • Generate and publish replenishment query report for Merchandising Teams
  • Format replenishment queries and submit orders from Merchandising Teams
  • Placing replenishment orders
  • Answer vendor questions regarding orders
  • Notify Merchandise Teams of purchase order extension request, style discontinuations and cost discrepancies reported by vendor
  • Publish weekly replenishment recap
  • Assist SSMC team members with the ecUtopia EDI portal
  • Any other duties as assigned by Manager or as the business needs
  • Demonstrates high level of quality work, attendance and appearance.
  • Demonstrates high degree of professionalism in communication, attitude and teamwork with customers, peers and management.
  • Adhere to all local, federal and state laws in addition to Company policies, procedures, and practices.
  • Performs any other duties that may be assigned by management.

REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, customer service, time management and organizational skills.
  • Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • 1-2 years work experience, preferred
  • Must be extremely well organized and be a strong problem solver
  • Self-motivated with good initiative
  • Experience meeting multiple deadlines

PAY RANGE: $23.00 - $25.00/hr*

*compensation varies based on geography, skills, experience, and tenure
