Automotive Payroll Specialist
Mike Calvert Toyota is seeking an experienced automotive Payroll Specialist to join our team in Houston, TX.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process payroll for employees and contractors
- Process time and attendance, time cards, and payroll checks
- Maintain accurate records of all payroll transactions and procedures
- Prepare and process payroll checks for employees, contractors, and subcontractors
- Reconcile accounts payable with related statements
- Prepare bank deposits and manage electronic deposits for all departments
- Prepare and process invoices for employees, contractors, subcontractors, and subcontractors
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management
- Ensure compliance with all Mike Calvert Toyota policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Provide support to management in any area of employment law issues.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:3+ years of dealership payroll experience preferred. (or experience in a related field.)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office required. (or proficiency in accounting software.)
Strong analytical skills required. (preferably General ledger or similar system.)
