**Description**
**Job Requirements:**
* Ability to follow procedures exactly and perform job functions in a timely manner without direct supervision.
* Good mechanical skills, must be able to operate: Extruders, Banbury, Twin-Screw, Mixers; 2-roll mills and related equipment
* Flexibility to work overtime and on any other shift on a need to basis
**Responsibilities:**
* Will work with the Pilot Plant employees for sample preparation and R & D work on PVC, TPE and other materials.
**Skills:**
* Able to read and comprehend English.
* Possess good math and analytical skills. Basic Math Calculations relating to procedures and test results
* Able to drive (or learn to drive) a forklift and to use an electric hand truck.
* Possess good communication skills, both verbal and written.
