Government Jobs - Part-Time Regular - $13.00 Hourly This is a part-time position approximately 10 hours per week. REQUIREMENTS A. TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE High school diploma or GED preferred. Past school crossing experience or other work with school-age children preferred. Past experience in traffic direction/control and/or other experience with a law enforcement agency preferred. Must meet all requirements as prescribed by Department. B. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES Knowledge of laws pertaining to pedestrian and traffic movement. Knowledge of basic traffic signal operation. Knowledge of basic traffic control principles. Ability to work with a degree of independence. Ability to react quickly and calmly in emergencies, and to execute.
