Business Process Consultant


Job Details

3-5 years of experience in health and human services programs and systems development.

BA + 10 years' applicable experience, AA + 6 years' applicable experience, MA + 7 years applicable experience or 16 years' experience.

Minimum five (5) years of process improvement, management consulting, change management, or related business experience.

Solid understanding of project management principles.

Demonstrated interpersonal skills and the ability to function as a team member in a demanding environment.

Demonstrated ability to communicate with customers at all levels of the organization in a professional, effective manner.

Excellent communication (oral and written) and presentation skills.

Outstanding organizational and planning abilities.

MS Project, MS Visio, and other project management and process development tools.

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Identify opportunities and improve the overall project throughput.

Conduct risk assessment and implement control plans.

Monitor and evaluate the production process to ensure the legal and industry standards are met


*Specialized Experience: Six Sigma or PMP Preferred. Previous experience with Agile Development tools such as Jira or Version 1.
