**Job Description**
**Customer Experience Associate - Remote**
**Training is onsite - Lakeland, FL**
**Pay rate is $14-$15.50/hr**
**Work Hours are within 8:00AM-8:00PM (8hr shifts) Monday-Friday**
**About the role:**
* Performs tasks based on established protocol.
* Take Inbound calls
* Training on system procedures and regulations
* Data organizing and typing skills
**General Reuirements:**
* High school diploma or GED
* Expands skills within an analytical or operational process.
* Customer service experience
* Comfortable on the phone
* Applies experience and skills to complete assigned work.
* Works within established procedures and practices.
* Works with a moderate degree of supervision.
* Ability to problem solve, self-guided.
* Manages own workload.
* Evaluate issues and solutions to provide the best outcome for the client and end-users.
**Responsibility Statements**
* Assesses calls to provide service immediately, be transferred, or require follow-up for client resolution.
* Identifies customer needs by referring to case notes and examining each as a specific case.
* Performs routine call center activities concerning business products and services.
* Gathers all necessary information to update the database.
* Escalates issues to senior levels, based on complaints or concerns.
* Performs other duties as assigned.
* Complies with all policies and standards.
