Position Open: Engineering Training Leader/Coordinator
The training leader provides expertise regarding instructional methods and training techniques, including curriculum design principles, adult learning theory and on-line learning strategies. Additionally, they have a view into peer review processes and are able to work cross functionally with people leaders and HR to define career progression for promotion and development. Ensure that training is provided to new and existing trainers by facilitation periodic Train the Trainer workshops as needed for new Subject Matter Trainers.
Location: Santa Clara, CA / Hillsboro, OR / Boise, ID. Can homebase out of any of these three locations.
Compensation: $54/hr - $80/hr depending on experience and qualifications
The Fit: This role seeks and industry experienced professional who has a good foundation of applied semiconductor knowledge. 4 - year degree in Physics, Chemistry, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Material Science is required. Must have background in training and instruction of technical semiconductor tools.
