Technical Source is looking for an Assist Implementation Consultant for a Healthcare client of ours. This is a contract opportunity that requires 100% travel. The ideal candidate will have experience in Veradigm Practice Management version 20.0 or higher.
Responsibilities
- Support the implementation of Veradigm Practice Management solution
- During go-live, analyze, resolve/escalate problems encountered by the client to the designated Veradigm project team
- Adhere to workflows established by lead Implementation Consultant
- Utilize appropriate strategies to effectively communicate with client users and Veradigm project team
- Active engagement with clients to provide at the elbow support
- Active engagement with client users to encourage product adoption.
System Rollout
Veradigm Practice Management is formerly known as Allscripts Practice Management. Resource must have advanced level knowledge of Veradigm Practice Management version 20.0 or higher.
Documentation
Produce timely documentation of onsite visit
Provide information, advice, guidance and updates throughout the Go Live to assist management in eliminating risks and increase the likelihood of project success.
Travel Requirements: Ability to travel up to 100% of the time. May be away from home for up to or more than four nights per week, or as necessary to meet client needs.
Working arrangements: Monday through Friday, however may travel Saturday or Sunday. While onsite with client, ensure timeliness of arrival and departure times to client office.
Language: Fluency in English, both verbal and written
Required Skills
- Advanced level knowledge of Veradigm Practice Management with regards to front office workflows
- Ideal candidate will possess exemplary customer service and communication skills.
- Candidate must receive a passing grade on an application assessment.
