Please note that Recreation Division will consider year-round and Summer Camp proposals.
Proposals in the following categories are requested (listed in alphabetical order):
* Art
* Athletic coaches and referees (baseball, soccer, basketball, volleyball, etc.)
* Cheerleading
* Dance
* Education tutoring (math, English, SAT preparations, etc.)
* Fitness
* Gymnastics
* Ice rink (ice skating, hockey, ice guards)
* Martial arts
* Miscellaneous (DJ/MC services, computer consultants, other services not listed above)
* Modeling/Fashion
* Music
* Personal training
* Senior programs
* Swim/water polo
* Tennis
* Tot programs
* Volunteering (all areas of service)
* Yoga
YOU CAN SELECT ONE CATEGORY (LISTED BELOW) PER APPLICATION. IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN PROVIDING SERVICES IN MULTIPLE CATEGORIES, YOU MUST SUBMIT SEPRATE APPLICATIONS FOR EACH.
You are welcome to provide any supporting documentation (resume, outline of the proposed services, licenses, certifications, etc.) that you feel may be beneficial in evaluating your proposal. You will be able to attach supporting documentation to your on-line application.
Minimum Requirements
Must successfully pass background check and drug screening prior to commencement of any services.Background check fee is $68.25
