About the Position
Maintenance will perform maintenance activities and tasks to keep campuses.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
Education
- Highschool diploma or higher
Experience- One year maintenance work experience
Other Requirements - Must possess or have the ability to possess a valid Level One Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card by the time of hire.
ESSENTIAL JOB TASKS- Perform the required Maintenance activities and tasks to keep equipment safe, functional, and efficient by executing preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance actions.
- Learn and demonstrate competency at maintaining and troubleshooting process equipment to progress through training programs.
- Complete all assigned work orders within the time allotted.
Working ConditionsRegularly required to sit, stand, walk, crouch, bend, walking up and down stairs/ramps, talk, hear, operate a computer, hand-held learning devices and other office equipment, reach with hands and arms, and must occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
