Job Title: Administrative Assistant - Tax Department
Job Description:
As an Administrative Assistant in the Tax Department, you will be responsible for managing a variety of administrative tasks, supporting and coordinating with all tax partners, and handling email and phone communications.
What You Will Do:
- Provide support and assist all tax partners
- Handling incoming and outgoing communication, including emails, phone calls, and letters
- Managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings for tax partners
- Acting as a point of contact for clients, answering basic inquiries, and relaying messages to appropriate staff
- Stay vigilant on email for requests from Staff, Managers, Directors and Partners, promptly addressing and completing those requests
- Entering personal time on a daily basis for partners
- All other tasks as assigned
What You Will Bring:
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in managing email correspondence and utilizing digital tools
- Prior experience in administrative support roles preferred
- Basic understanding of tax processes and procedures is a plus
- Confidentiality is a critical aspect of the role
- Handling sensitive and private client information responsibly is paramount
Education:
Bachelors or equivalent experience, preferred but not required
